Since the rules weren't enforced enough, there will be new rules in which the staff members WILL enforce. These are based on the rules at the 624 Angel Forum.
Rules
NO PORNOGRAPHY - You know what pornography is (I hope), so don't post it. Punishment: Deletion of your account
NO PROFANITY - Don't swear on this sight, please. This includes *'s or -'s to block out part of the word. Like sh*t or d-mn. Punishment: Warning Level - 25%
NO PLISHING SITES -Do not post these sites. In case you don't know, these sites are those that look like the real thing, like Youtube or Neopets, but they are not. So don't post them. Punishment: Ban
NO BAD TALK ABOUT ANIMALS - Do not talk bad about animals, please. This includes pictures and stuff like that that are mean about animals. Don't do it Punishment: Warning Level - 50% Possible Ban
NO ARTWORK/FANIMAL/COUPLE/FANFIC THEFT - Do not steal people's work Punishment: Ban
NO BASHING ARTWORK/FANIMALS/COUPLES/FANFICS - Don't bash or flame anyone elses work. I know you may not like it, but please keep it to yourself. Punishment: Warning Level - 25%
RESPECT ADMINS DECISIONS - Don't argue about the desicions that admins/mods make. It will only make the situation worse Punishment: Warning Level - 25%
NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS - You only need one account here, so please don't make two. Punishment: Warning Level - 50% Deletion of Second Account
SPAM IN THE SPAM SECTION ONLY - Don't spam anywhere else than there. Don't post topics nobody cares about or ramble or jibber-jabber. Punishment: Warning Level - 25%
NO ASKING FOR ANOTHER MEMBERS PASSWORD - Don't ask for somebody else's password. If this happens, PM an admin and we'll take care of it Punishment: Warning Level - 50% Possible Ban
Chat Rules

Roleplay Rules
NO POWERPLAYING - Do not powerplay. This means taking someone else's character(s) and roleplaying with them. Just use your own! Punishment: Powerplaying w/ Permission - Warning Level - 25% for both members Powerplaying w/o Permission - Warning Level - 50%
ASK TO ROLEPLAY - Do not just barge into a roleplay and start roleplaying. Ask if you can come on first. If you get a yes, that's when you can start. Punishment: Warning Level - 25%
ALL WELCOME ROLEPLAYS - If a roleplay says 'All Welcome', you do not have to ask unless the person says so in the rules. This only applies if the words 'All Welcome' are in the title
PRIVATE ROLEPLAYS - Private roleplays are for certain members only. If your not included in the list, do not barge in and start roleplaying. Private roleplays must have the word 'Private' in the title. Punishment for Bargeing in: Warning Level - 25%
CHARACTER USING - One person per character unless the original owner is willing to share. The shareing rule applies to cannon characters only (ex: Simba from Lion King) Punishment: Warning Level - 50%
RUDE BEHAVIOR - If you are being mean, rude, or anything like that, you will be punished. If you are the one who is getting mean things, either settle it peacefully or tell an admin/mod. We will take care of it. Punishment for Rude Behavior: Warning Level - 25%
ASKING TO ROLEPLAY - Do not beg a person to roleplay with you. You may ask, but if they say no, do not ask again until later. Punishment for Begging: Warning Level - 25%
